Care tips

In summer, Lithodora diffusa ‘Compact Bleu’ can tolerate a lot of drought but definitely not wet soil in winter. After flowering, shorten the stems to keep the plant compact, this also stimulates flowering for next year. Plant the Lithodora in slightly moist, acidic and nutrient-rich soil. In winter, cover lightly with mulch as the plant is not completely hardy.

The plant is evergreen, pruning is not necessary. The old or unsightly leaves can be cut away.
