Argyranthemum

Sturdy and richly flowering annual plants. The most commonly offered variety of shrub daisy is one with white flowers and a yellow center. Shrub daisies also come in shades of pink and yellow. Since they are sensitive to frost, they are offered in our country as tub plants for the terrace, balcony or in the flower border.

Care tips

The Argyranthemum, also known as the daisy, is a popular plant that thrives in both gardens and pots.

This plant likes a lot of sun, so make sure you place it in a sunny spot where it gets at least 6 hours of direct sunlight daily. The more sunlight, the more flowers you can expect. As for soil, the Argyranthemum needs a well-drained, light soil. Be sure not to keep the soil too wet, as the roots are sensitive to over-watering.

Watering is important, but it is better not to overwater the plant. Let the top layer of soil dry out between waterings. You can feed the plant every two weeks with a balanced liquid fertilizer to stimulate growth and flowering. It is also good to remove the wilted flowers regularly , so that the plant focuses on making new flowers and looks cared for.
