Lupinus ‘West Country’ mix

Originating in Colombia, Lupinus WEST COUNTRY is notable for its bicolored flowers. Nursery Westcountry in England has developed strong new varieties. This perennial conjures up large, ascending spikes that add a vertical element and cheerful atmosphere to borders. The plant forms brilliant bunches of bright green leaves.

Care tips

They thrive best in well-drained, slightly acidic and nutrient-poor (sandy) soil. In cold, wet winters, they need some extra protection. After flowering, cut away the wilted flowers for a possible second bloom.
