Ajuga reptans mix

The Zen green is a groundcover, creeping plant with blue or lilac upright flowers. The leaves turn a beautiful green, brown in the fall and remain that way through the winter. Butterflies and bees love the nectar from this plant.

Care tips

Creeping zen green grows best in soil that is slightly moist. When it starts growing again in early spring, water it occasionally to help the new growth. If it is in a sunny spot, it needs more water. But if it is in the shade on moist soil, you don’t have to worry about watering. You don’t need to prune creeping zen green. If it spreads too far, you can cut off pieces of the plant, dig it out and move it (or give it away).
