Creeping zen green grows best in soil that is slightly moist. When it starts growing again in early spring, water it occasionally to help the new growth. If it is in a sunny spot, it needs more water. But if it is in the shade on moist soil, you don’t need to worry about watering. Be careful not to give the plant too much sun, especially in the afternoon, as the dark leaves will get too hot and may burn.
You don’t need to prune Creeping zen green. If it spreads too far, you can cut off pieces of the plant, dig it out and move it (or give it away).
